Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Wife Support Life Support, Inc. ("WSLS," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of every woman, man, and visitor who interacts with our community. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit wifesupportlifesupport.com or engage with our programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using this website, you agree to the practices described here.

Who We Are

Wife Support Life Support, Inc. is a faith-rooted movement founded by Geneva D. Ashley to empower and equip wives and wives-in-waiting through events, coaching, anthologies, and community resources.

For any privacy-related questions, reach us at info@wifesupportlifesupport.com.

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly and information that's gathered automatically when you visit the site.

Information you provide to us includes your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any message content you submit through our contact forms, event registrations, masterclass sign-ups, anthology author applications, business directory submissions, coaching inquiries, or the Early Will I Seek Thee registration list. If you purchase a product, service, ticket, or registration, payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

Information collected automatically includes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies and helps us understand how the site is being used.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries, messages, and collaboration requests
  • Process event registrations, coaching engagements, and directory listings
  • Send updates, newsletters, event announcements, and resources you've opted in to receive
  • Improve the website experience and our programs
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights and safety of our community

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

How We Share Your Information

We share information only with the trusted service providers that help us run this ministry and movement, including:

  • Duda — website hosting
  • JotForm — form processing and registration
  • Email service providers — to send newsletters and program communications you've subscribed to
  • Payment processors — to handle any purchases or registrations securely
  • Analytics tools — to understand site usage in aggregate

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and they are only permitted to use your information to perform services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of WSLS, our community, or others.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve your experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request that we correct or update inaccurate information
  • Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly

To exercise any of these rights, email info@wifesupportlifesupport.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Third-Party Links

Our site may link to outside resources, including author platforms, partner businesses in the WSLS Directory, and event pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites. We encourage you to read their policies before sharing any information.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. These rights currently apply to residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and other states with comparable consumer privacy laws.

If you are a resident of one of these states, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you, the sources we collect it from, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with
  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you in a portable format
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you
  • Delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes — though as stated above, we do not sell your personal information
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised any of these rights

California residents also have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to request disclosure of the specific categories and pieces of personal information collected, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared in the preceding twelve months.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@wifesupportlifesupport.com with the subject line "State Privacy Rights Request" and include your full name, state of residence, and the specific right you'd like to exercise. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law — generally 45 days.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of the agent's authorization and may still need to verify your identity directly.

If you believe we have not adequately responded to your request, you may have the right to appeal our decision or file a complaint with your state's Attorney General's office.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the site or by email where appropriate.
